Part-Time Church Administrative Assistant
Our church is seeking to hire someone with good customer service skills, who will be a friendly face (or voice) to members and guests that will be visiting or calling the office.
The Administrative Assistant would be working with the Pastor to produce weekly bulletins, PowerPoints, social media updates and other media communications. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and would be beneficial if they have a working knowledge of PowerPoint, WordPress, church membership software and social media. Must be a "self-starter" with excellent organization, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written) Must be able to plan and organize multiple projects simultaneously. They would also be responsible for keeping an updated calendar of events and meetings of the church. Must be committed to the confidentiality of all personal information of the congregation, be trustworthy and honest in all deallings.
